TMSA offers a standardized line of bucker lifters besides specific projects including: lifters with steel cables and textile belts with special chains or calibrated rings optimized with centrifugal or continuous unloading and with central unloading, better service life and less maintenance.

Applicable to almost all grain types such as oat, barley, corn, rice, wheat, soy, cement, limestone, iron ore, sand, gravel, fertilizers, granulated plastic and cellulose.

- Lifting feet with auto cleaning cage type pulley that avoids grain crushing between the belt and pulley.
- Pipe body in modules with 3.0 m, 2.0 m and 1.5 m with adequate resistance, making them self-supporting for heights of 60 meters, painted internally with background.
- Low profile buckets provided in the carbon steel standard model.
- Bearings sealed for use in any environment and equipped with lubrication grease equipment allowing higher service life without maintenance.
- Joints welded on a continuous basis that prevented penetration of moisture and generation of corrosion points.
- Seal in silicone rubber of joints screwed which avoids moisture infiltration and dirt exit.
- Waiting points for dirt collection system located at the lifter head and feet.
- Painting executed according to local installation for better protection and durability.
- Almost invisible functional noise level.
- Lifter head with divided coverage in two removable hinged parts - ease of maintenance and pressure relief in case of dirt explosion.
- Platform for access and maintenance, dimensioned according to ABNT standard, calculated to support the drive set weight in case of maintenance - ease and security for operators.
- Removable lids in the 2 foot side, allowing the pulley removal by both sides (including by the product entry side) - ease of maintenance even with reduced space.
- Pipe width dimensioned with slack according to NFPA-61 standard.
- Wide and bilateral door in one of the body modules at the floor level of circulation with quick hitch lockers - easy access for changing chain, bucket, and maintenance in general.
- Speed control system and belt misalignment for programming the work parameters, which allow trigger the safety mechanisms when variations occur.
- Maintenance lid in the foot allowing the return of exceeding product.
- Pressure relief windows in body intermediate modules sized according to NFPA-61.
- Differentiated anti-corrosive paint in polyurethane.
