Through partnership with Mega, TMSA offers or more efficient system of grain drying in the market, providing the best result with minimal energy consumption and homogeneous air distribution.
Its special design of combined column was created in a format that allows homogeneous air distribution. Its original system of self-bearing modules allows the dryer capacity to be easily expanded, which make it a global reference with over 1000 dryers installed in three continents.
Capacities of 20 t/h to 500 t/h.
System of combined drying: it combines the features of rack and column systems. Drying with whole columns or with cooling in the dryer.
Construction: modular and extendable. It has combined resistance, generated by support structure regardless of the grain column.
Air columns without intermediate structures: avoids the accumulation of light material and decrease fire possibility. Automatic cleaning.
Over 1700 drying towers installed worldwide.
Heat generators for several fuels: log furnaces. Continuous fire burners, suitable for natural gas and LPG. Gas oil burners.
Heat exchangers: air-air, water-air, and steam-air. Biomass burners.
Unloading: proportional and linear discharge control. It ensure uniform flow of grains in the internal part of the dryer.
Better sustainable and efficient furnaces.
Higher electrical efficiency (less KW/T per moisture point), higher uniformity during drying, better preservation during grain quality and higher reduction of moisture per cycle.
Furnaces for biomass burn which consists of a burner and its burning area, feeding, cleaning, control, and safety systems.
Available in QPI models (rice and coffee peel, logs, woodchips and sawdust, etc.) and QC/QL (particulate biomass such as logs and corn spikes).
