Designed for continuous flow drying, the dryers in this line serve both commercial grains and seeds and have the following features:

• Reduction of drying air temperature;
• High specific air flow;
• Greater number of air passages in the grain mass;
• Significant reduction in permanence time in contact with hot air, eliminating harmful recirculation, accelerating the drying process and maintaining all the physicochemical features of the seeds.

In an innovative and patented way, the drying provided by the TMSA technology takes place in a mixed flow, combining the trestles and columns systems. MEGA dryers also bring together other differentials, such as the geometry of the modules and drying columns designed to allow for the homogenization of temperature and humidity of the seed mass inside the drying tower.

The vertical distribution of the fans, which uniforms the air flow in the drying tower, eliminating areas without air flow through the seeds, is another point that deserves attention. In addition, the solution also includes thermal insulation throughout the drying tower and dampening in the fall of the grain mass itself, both in the drying tower and in the unloading, reducing mechanical damage.

With the correct thermodynamic sizing of the MEGA/TMSA dryers, these parameters come together to enable continuous seed drying in a relatively short time, with excellence in quality and productivity throughout the entire process.

MEGA/TMSA dryers are capable of drying the most diverse types of grains, seeds or not, including soy, corn, rice, beans, sunflower, sorghum, wheat, peanuts, cocoa, among others. In addition, it is a modular technology, which allows the expansion of capacity without the need for modifications to the foundations. Thanks to this differential, the customer can expand the capacity of the dryers in an agile and competitive way.

It is worth mentioning that the dryers with continuous flow of greater capacity installed in Brazil are currently from the MEGA/TMSA line. The equipment has the capacity to dry up to 600 t/h of commercial grains and more than 60 t/h of seeds.
